Our full day Daintree Rainforest Tour allow guests to explore the different habitats that merge to create and sustain the unique tropical rainforest environment. Our experienced guides invite you to discover the unique flora and fauna of the Daintree Rainforest's wet tropic coastal lowlands, whilst unveiling the mysteries of its evolution and survival over millions of years.

Join us for a unique day that balances fun, activity and relaxation together with our in-depth knowledge of leading guided tours into the Daintree Rainforest for the past 25 years. On this full day Daintee Rainforst Day Tour, you can experience a pocket of ancient tropical rainforest on the driest continent on earth. BTS Tours skilled guides are experts on the unique flora and wildlife of the Daintree's wet tropic coastal lowlands and the mysteries of its evolution and survival over millions of years.

Please note that a shuttle bus will pick you up from your Cairns hotel to travel to Port Douglas.  Here you will disembark the shuttle bus and board onto your actual tour vehicle (tour vehicle takes a maximum of 16 passengers).

Upon arrival at the Daintree River, start the day with a cable ferry crossing over the beautiful Daintree River. Spot a saltwater crocodile as you cruise on the only boat authorised to operate in the sensitive  Cooper Inlet - the heart of the Daintree. Enjoy an informative guided walk through the rainforest , before tucking into a delicious picnic lunch and chilled fruit juice.

The afternoon is spent visting Cape Tribulation beach and enjoying walks in the rainforest amid the ancient flora and unique wildlife.  There is an opportunity to have a short time canoeing (non-guided) the secluded waters of the Blue Lagoon - this is an optional activity at no extra cost , see exotic butterflies, turtles and colourful Kingfishers. And enjoy a swim in the crystal waters of a secluded natural rainforest waterhole.
