Early Start - Kuranda Village Day Tour Itinerary
- Port Douglas: Pick-ups begin at 8:00 AM
- Palm Cove: Pick-up at 9:00 AM
- Kuranda Scenic Railway – 9.50am AM Departure
- Arrival in Kuranda – 11:30 AM Meet your friendly guide on arrival. You'll be escorted into the heart of Kuranda Village and dropped off at 11:45 AM to enjoy free time.
- Free Time in Kuranda – 11:45 AM to 1:30 PM Explore at your own pace.
- Skyrail Rainforest Cableway – 1:45 PM Departure Your guide will collect you at 1:30 PM and escort you to Skyrail. Glide silently over the ancient rainforest canopy with midstation stops for immersive nature experiences.
- Arrive at Smithfield Terminal – Approx. 3:15 PM
- Return Transfers • Palm Cove Drop-Off: Approx. 3:30 PM / Palm Cove Departure: 4:00 PM • Return to Port Douglas: Approx. 4:45 PM
Late Start - Kuranda Cillage Day Tour Itinerary
- Port Douglas Area: Pick-ups begin at 10:45 AM
- Palm Cove: Pick-up at 11:45 AM
- Skyrail - Board the gondolas at 12:00 PM and glide gently above the rainforest canopy.
- Arrive Kuranda Terminal – 1:15 PM
- Meet your guide at the top station, who will escort you into the heart of Kuranda Village and drop you off for some free exploration.
- Free Time in Kuranda – 1:20 PM to 3:15 PM
- Kuranda Scenic Railway – 3:30 PM Departure
- Arrive Freshwater Station – 5:00 PM
- Return Transfers: Palm Cove Drop-Off 5:30 PM / Palm Cove Departure: 6:00 PM • Return to Port Douglas: Approx. 6:45 PM
*Please note for guests staying in Port Douglas, you will get a 30 minute stop over at Palm Cove on your return journey.
