Weight Restrictions & Policy (Important - Please Read)

All helicopters operate under strict weight and balance regulations.

Weight Variance

• Passengers may exceed their advised weight by up to 10%.

• If weight exceeds 10%, an additional fee may apply to cover operational costs (larger aircraft or additional flights).

• Fees are circumstantial and payable on the day. No refunds apply.

Weight Limit

• Passengers over 110kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of the fare, payable directly to the operator on the day of travel.

• This ensures aircraft safety, comfort, and appropriate aircraft allocation.

• Please advise weight at time of booking.

• The additional seat fee may be waived if a spare seat is available on the day.
